  • x2 Bao Bun
  • 20g Yuzu Mayo
  • 40g Avocado
  • 12g Chinese Leaf
  • 4g Ginger
  • pinch Chopped fresh chilli
  • drizzle Sirach Mayo
  • sprinkle Togarashi
  • 4g Fresh coriander  

Method

  1. Corriander
  2. Sprinkle of togarashi
  3. Sprinkle of chopped fresh chilli
  4. Ginger and shredded Chinese leaf mix
  5. Prawns
  6. Avocado
  7. Yuzu Mayo
  8. Bao Bun
